You can use our bike test program on a PC or Android phone – even if you normally use your VirZOOM bike with some other platform, like PlayStation 4 – to check whether your VirZOOM bike is having any problems. Please try the following:
- Download biketest.zip on zip on PC, or biketest.apk on Android.
- On PC: Right-click on the downloaded file and choose "Extract all," and in the folder you just created, double-click on biketest.exe. Then plug the USB Bluetooth dongle into your PC if you haven't yet.
- On Android: Go into Settings on your phone and approve "unknown sources" so you can open the file. It will appear as a "biketest" app on your phone.
- Pedal the VZ Bike for a moment. On PC, you can click "Connect to bike." On Android, you should see the bike automatically connect.
- Once it's connected, test all the buttons and pedals. Watch how the program responses when you...
- Pedal forwards (which should register a number)
- Pedal backwards (which should register a number)
- Press the triggers and buttons one by one (which should visually indicate which buttons or triggers you're pressing as you press them)
- Please also make note of how full it says your battery is.
