Problem
You flip the power switch on the VirZOOM Bike Controller to "On," but you don't see the light on the bike turn on.
Solution 1
The light may only turn on if you turn on the bike while playing our collection of games, VirZOOM Arcade. (The light stays off if it's not making an active Bluetooth connection to your PC or PS4.) If you haven't yet installed VirZOOM Arcade, try these steps:

If the light is on, everything is working as expected. If not, read on.
Solution 2
It's possible the issue is with light itself, but the bike is still powered on. At the end of the steps listed above, check your screen while running VirZOOM Arcade.

If the message on the screen does say "No bike detected" and the green light on the bike isn’t lit or flashing, then try pushing a handlebar button. If that doesn't wake up the bike, or if you get some other error message, your bike may not be able to power on. If your bike is still under warranty, you may contact us at support@virzoom.com to arrange for a replacement part.
