VirZOOM Arcade tells you "NO BIKE DETECTED" or "PLUG IN BIKE DONGLE" and the green LED light on your bike is blinking. This indicates that your PC or PS4 can't detect your VirZOOM bike controller.
The first thing to try is just to make sure the Bike or Sensor is properly set up and able to communicate over a wireless connection. Try the following:
If these steps don't resolve the problem, attempt Solution 2, below.
If you're on a Windows PC, you may be experiencing a rare problem with USB. Windows 7, 8, and 10 should install the necessary drivers automatically, but here's how to tell whether you're experiencing it:
Do you see an item named "Bluegiga Bluetooth Low Energy" listed? If so, your computer does recognize your USB dongle. Please contact us at support@virzoom.com and let us know that you attempted the above steps on your PC.
If you do not see the "Bluegiga Bluetooth" item listed, you may need to install drivers to get your computer to recognize the USB dongle. Try the following:
If you do see "Bluegiga Bluetooth Low Energy" in the Device Manager, things are probably working now! Head back up to "Solution 1" above, and try to launch VirZOOM Arcade. If you still don't see the dongle shown in the Device Manager, and you are certain you did every one of the 6 steps above (including installing both .inf files), please email us at support@virzoom.com and let us know that you attempted the above steps on your PC.
If you're on a mobile phone, it's possible that VirZOOM Arcade can't detect your Bike or Sensor because the device is already paired with something on Bluetooth. Most of the time, this happens when you manually connect the device via Blueooth in Android itself, before launching VirZOOM Arcade. Try disconnecting the device in your phone's settings (also known as making it "forget" the device) and launching VirZOOM Arcade again. If you follow these instructions but still don't detect a Bike or Sensor, please email us at support@virzoom.com and let us know that you attempted the above steps on your phone.
