If the message on screen does not say "No bike detected," then your bike is working but the light is not. If you prefer a bike with a working light and your bike is still under warranty, you may contact us at support@virzoom.com to arrange for a replacement partfor the broken light. The bike should still function as intended otherwise.

If the message on the screen does say "No bike detected" and the green light on the bike isn’t lit or flashing, then try pushing a handlebar button. If that doesn't wake up the bike, or if you get some other error message, your bike may not be able to power on. If your bike is still under warranty, you may contact us at support@virzoom.com to arrange for a replacement part.
