The VZ Bike communicates with a PC or PlayStation 4 console wirelessly using Bluetooth. The battery compartment has extra space to store a USB dongle that must be plugged into the PC/PS4 to use the bike.
The VZ Bike can connect to mobile phones using their built-in Bluetooth, so you don't need to use the dongle if you're using mobile VR.
