Whenever you use VirZOOM Arcade, you sign into an account so the game knows which user is biking and can track their performance. Registering for My VirZOOM creates one account for you automatically. (And if you're the only one using the bike, you don't ever need to create another one!) Every account has a unique name (which appears over players' avatars in multiplayer games), friends list, and leaderboard ranking.

Account Options

You can manage account options at my.virzoom.com/account. Here, you can link your VirZOOM account with your Strava, Fitbit, Pandora, and/or Steam accounts, set notification preferences, and change your password. You can also use this page to fill out your "Bio" to describe your available times and favorite VirZOOM games, which will show up in search results for anybody looking to add friends.

Your account page offers the option to enter your age, gender, and weight information to get more accurate estimates for how many calories you burn with VirZOOM, though this information isn't required. We only use that info for calorie estimates, and you don't need to enter anything in these fields if you prefer not to share this information.

Creating New Accounts

If you have multiple people in a single household using VirZOOM, you may want to create a separate account for each user. The process for this differs depends on whether you're on PC or PlayStation.

To create an account on PC:

  1. Launch VirZOOM Arcade.
  2. Click the left trigger to step back to the advanced menus, and enter the "Options" menu.
  3. Select "Manage Users."
  4. Lean to scroll through options until you reach "Register New User."
  5. Follow instructions for verifying by email. (Every account requires email verification, but you may use the same email address to set up any number of accounts on PC.)

To create an account on PS4:

  1. Before launching VirZOOM Arcade, create or switch to a different PSN account on your PlayStation dashboard. See Sony's online documentation for additional information.
  2. Launch VirZOOM Arcade.
  3. Follow instructions for verifying by email. (Every account is linked to one and only one PSN account.)
