VZ Bike Setup

To set up your VZ Bike for the first time, remove it from its packaging and follow the instructions in the printed manual that came with it (which you can also find here in PDF format). Please make special note of the following:

  • The left pedal must be screwed on counterclockwise. Attempting to screw it in clockwise can damage it!
  • The USB Bluetooth dongle is taped to the inside of your battery compartment.
  • The LED light on your VZ Bike does not necessarily turn on whenever you turn the bike on. It turns on when the bike connects to VirZOOM ready games.
  • Missing parts are extremely rare, but if you find this is the case with your bike, please contact us at support@virzoom.com and report...  
    • which parts are missing
    • your shipping address
    • your bike serial number (printed on sticker inside the battery compartment)
    • your order number from our website, or a copy of your receipt if purchased from another retailer
